Strange Fitness Program – Results

Here are the results! It ended on the 3rd of August. Annoyingly, my measurements were not taken properly (Someone helped me with it and they didn’t make sure it was parallel to the ground). I was also taking it with a measuring tape that was not accurate at all. If it said 25 it’s actually 35, if not more.

I’ll be skipping the wrong measurements (Which is a lot, I’m left with only legs)

Calves

Up to 0.5 inches down only.

Thighs

(L) 0.5 inches (R)1 inch

Weight

Same

I have nothing else. Whoops u.u

For now, I’ll be mainly focusing on weight (Even though I’m gaining muscle as well). Trying harder!

Diet Results Update

You probably expected me to tell you my results. Erm, I was dumb enough to take it at different times so I have to tell you the results of the current week. Don’t worry, I’ll be recording my weight properly this time.

And you may be also wondering why I act like there are people reading my blog when there aren’t many. The main reason is that I don’t mind, I like to pretend.

Blogilates Calendar Journal – Day ‘This Is Messed Up And I Forgot’

I messed up all my videos now. I did the first two videos of day 17 and did the Muffintop Massacre, 5 Best Ab Moves and another ab video that I forgot (Something like that) on the next day.

Muffintop Massacre :

Medium, it was hard at times. I wasn’t sore the next day at first but later on I was sore like I wanted to be (By sore, I mean my obliques)

The rest were easy enough to medium and I liked them. Except one of them wasn’t (The 5 best ab moves, I think) weren’t effective. I didn’t feel it in my abs that much. I also did 21 star jumps, 6 push ups, 21 jumping jacks, 21 jumps, 21 criss-cross jacks.

Blogilates Calendar Journal – Day 16

I messed up the calendar a bit, haha. I instead only did this for the day.

POP Pilates Beginner Total Body Workout

I don’t have much to say about it except that I found it easier (Or I became stronger, whichever way) and I’m still doing something wrong because I don’t feel it in my glutes, I think I know how to fix it though. Mode : Easy.

I don’t think I did any extras either. I did the other video in the next day (Next post). Already on week 3!

Starting a ‘Diet’

Hi. Ever thought that diets are useless, unhealthy or hard? I do. Well, for most of them. I wouldn’t call this a diet, it’s more like eating healthier.

So here it is, a 1200 calorie diet (I started this yesterday and ate 1300 calories, I’m fine with going up to 1400 sometimes). I got myself a notebook specially for this purpose (Food and fitness tracker), I find it fun to write in it.

If anybody would like me to post some entries or the food I ate including it’s calories, I’ll be happy to. I’ll also be posting my weight after each week.

According to a few calorie intake calculators, I need to eat 2000 calories to maintain my weight (Crazy @.@) and 1200 to lose 1-2 lbs per week (Something like that). I’m unsure about this but apparently, for my waist measurements, I’m overweight. On the higher end of a healthy BMI, I’m a little scared of gaining ever more weight, hence starting to control my calories.

Just so it’s easier for you to read, I’ll write a short list.

Naww, I was too lazy for this day. I hardly did anything.

1st video5 Minute Fat Burner

Once again, do not get fooled by the ‘5 minute’. I couldn’t even do one In Out Donkey Kick. The star jumps were crazy too, I couldn’t jump anymore. I just quit altogether (It was also quite late and I was lazy). This is too hard for beginners, I’ll keep trying though. So, the difficulty is hard.

2nd video – Push Plank Challenge

Easy. I did this twice to slightly make up for what I missed.

Extra exercises

Practically nothing.

50 jumping jacks

That’s it. What a failure :’D. And I had a break for 2 days u.u

For today, which is rest day, I’ve done only 20 star jumps and I’ll be trying the donkey kicks again. See you next time!
